In celebration of Father’s Day in June, we hosted a lively basketball tournament that brought together fathers, sons, and residents for a morning of friendly yet intense competition. Some residents had trained in the weeks leading up to the event, pushing themselves both physically and mentally. On game day, the court came alive with energy and purpose. Beyond the high level of play, it was moving to see the camaraderie, sportsmanship, and especially fathers and sons standing side by side—some for the first time in such a setting. Breakthrough and the overcomers group, along with their families, were filled with warmth and gratitude.
