1 Jul 1983, Breakthrough started its Gospel-based drug rehabilitation ministry at 17 Toh Street. 40 years later, with uncountable blessings and tonnes of amazing grace, we entered Breakthrough Village at 1, Cosford Road on 1 Jul 2023 for another great adventure with God. As the hymn How Great Thou Art reached its crescendo, Pastor Simon Neo, together with Bishop Rev Dr John Chew, Rev Chong Chin Chung, committee members and many brothers and sisters entered the new "promised land" with tears of joy and thanksgiving.
